Buncrana Cinema Riso Print

from €25.00

Enjoy a piece of Ireland's cinematic history on your walls with Súilí’s Buncrana Cinema Riso Print.

Buncrana Cinema was the last cinema in Ireland to go digital, retaining its analog projector up until 2014. It holds a special place in the hearts of locals, evoking fond memories of childhood trips to "the pictures" for the Sunday matinee. This nostalgic connection makes our Buncrana Cinema design our most popular design to date.

This print was created using the unique technique of risograph (or “riso”) printing. Risography combines the efficiency of digital printing with the charm of traditional screen printing. Each colour layer is printed separately using eco-friendly soy-based inks, resulting in vibrant, textured prints with unique overlaps and subtle variations that make every print truly one-of-a-kind.

Printed by Cara on Munken Pure 170gsm paper, in Derry Print Workshop.

Size: A4 - 210 x 297 mm

Available unframed or framed in a sleek oak-style frame with real glass. Simply select your option below.

Unframed prints will be shipped in biodegradable packaging.
